Kym Tolley Wine Co is the culmination of Kym’s 50 years in winemaking, blending family legacy, science and creative flair with an unmistakable Australian edge. Known as the last emperor during his time at Penfolds, Kym was the last of the Penfold family to make wine at Penfolds.
His latest creation, The Last Emperor wine, draws on his Penfolds heritage, three decades in Coonawarra and inspiration from remarkable encounters, including Helen Keller’s visit to Penfolds in 1948. Today, Kym’s micro wine company produces elegant, premium wines that embody Coonawarra character and Barossa Shiraz richness.
