Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are fully respected at Kym Tolley Wine Co. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, if our products are not of acceptable quality, you can have them repaired or replaced.
We accept returns for faulty or incorrectly described products as long as:
- The goods were not damaged after delivery.
- The goods are still within their shelf life.
- You notify us within seven days of delivery.
We will cover the return delivery costs if we are at fault or have breached a consumer guarantee.
For change-of-mind returns, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
